Ordering goods

By sending the Internet order of selected goods, the customer confirms that his order is binding and agrees with the Trading Conditions. If the customer fills in his e-mail address correctly when placing the order, a copy of the order will be sent to this e-mail address as the confirmation of entering the order in the e-shop ordering system. Upon placing the first order, the login name and password will also be sent to the customer for any further purchases in e-shop, checking the order and the status of its settlement. If the customer does not receive a copy of his order to the e-mail address provided, the order has not been probably completed correctly. Kindly contact us in this case. The minimum value of seed purchases, excl. postage and packing, is EUR 5/ USD$6. All prices stated in e-shop are already final. We are not VAT payers.

Cancellation of the order / Sales returns

Cancellation of orders by the buyer
An order can be cancelled via e-mail, if it has been accepted and goods have not been dispatched yet. In case of later cancellation of the order, the seller is entitled to compensation for damage, especially of provable costs related to goods shipping.

Cancellation of orders by the seller
The Internet shop operator has the right to cancel any order if the value of ordered goods does not reach EUR 5/ USD$6, excl. postage and packing. Any orders below this limit will be cancelled automatically. 

Claims 
In case of claims, always provide the order number. Thus, you will enable their timely and quick settlement.

Delivery of goods

Goods are shipped within 10 working days in the sequence how the orders are arriving via the Czech Post Office. The distribution is carried out exclusively in the form of mail order sale. Seeds are shipped in PE closable bags or coloured bags, as preferred.

How to purchase

Selection of goods

Find the goods you wish to buy. You can search by browsing a category or entering the goods name in the search engine.

Adding selected goods into the basket

If you have found an item and viewed it in detail, click on the "Add to cart" button. At this moment nothing is binding yet, you can cancel your order or its part at any time. If you wish to buy any other items, search, view and select them again, and if you become interested in any product, click on the "Add to cart" button next to the item selected.

Ordering goods

If you have already completed your selection and wish to order any goods, go to "Shopping-cart" (you get there by clicking on "Checkout" button on the right side. The new buyer’s registration can be found in the upper green bar by clicking on the "Login" icon. For customers who do not want to register, there is Instant Checkout prepared (without registration).
